Law Firm Seeks Immigration Attorney

Law Firm is seeking a highly motivated and passionate attorney with a strong interest or background in immigration law to join their team. The ideal candidate will have 1-year experience in immigration law and the ability to speak, read, and write fluent Spanish.

Job Responsibilities:

-Represent clients in Immigration Courts with asylum, cancellation of removal, adjustment of status, or any other applicable relief
-Represent client before USCIS and ICE
-Represent minors in probate court or family court to obtain predicate orders supporting SIJS
-Travel to detention centers anywhere in the country
-Develop litigation skills, case management ability, legal research, and legal writing skills
-Pursue new and untested legal theories
-Take initiative and work under pressure
-Conduct client intake and consultations
-Conduct community outreach by attending events and participating in workshops
