Duties:

• Litigation Representation:

  • Handle insurance litigation and/or workers' compensation cases.
  • Represent clients in court proceedings, negotiations, and alternative dispute resolution.

• Legal Advisory:

  • Provide expert legal advice on insurance and workers' compensation matters.
  • Analyze legal issues, develop case strategies, and offer proactive solutions.

• Client Interaction:

  • Interact with clients to understand their legal needs and objectives.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and provide regular case updates.

• Legal Research:

  • Conduct comprehensive legal research on insurance laws, workers' compensation regulations, and relevant precedents.
  • Stay updated on developments in insurance and workers' compensation litigation.

• Writing Skills:

  • Exhibit excellent legal writing skills in the preparation of pleadings, motions, and briefs.
  • Prepare persuasive legal documents to support litigation efforts.

• Partnership Track:

  • Demonstrate dedication and performance leading towards partnership.
  • Contribute to the overall success and growth of the firm.

Requirements:

• Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in insurance litigation and/or workers' compensation.

• Education:

  • Juris Doctor (.) from an accredited law school.
