Qualification and ExperienceThe candidate should have registration to practice before the US Patent and Trademark Office. Must have 2+ years of experience either in private practice or in-house as a registered US patent agent, with significant prosecution experience. A degree in mechanical or electrical engineering (though other engineering or related disciplines may also be considered) is needed. Note: The position is for two or three days work per week except national holidays. Note: A 2+ years of employment contract (notice clause is provided in the contract) is required.
