Pros: As a former employee of GreenHills Ventures, I can wholeheartedly say this was an amazing experience. Working with companies alongside the Managing Partners and Legal Team helped formulate my expertise and insight for making investments and how to manage risk to a great extent. Not only was this job flexible around our busy schedules, but extremely insightful as well. As part of this position, I had the great opportunity to meet with growing and innovative companies from many different industries. Assisting GreenHills management and legal team discussing their passionate goal of helping these companies so they can serve those in need is a great mission I was proud to be a part of. As I move forward in my future endeavors, GreenHills will always be a great piece of the foundation in my career! GreenHills is a smaller but intimate firm. Personally, I adored this aspect of the firm as it gave each company meeting an intimate, yet professional approach and staff meetings showed teamwork combined with dedicated efficiency that contributed to our success with exits in the short-term horizon. As an employee, I believe this allowed me to take in a greater deal of knowledge than what someone would have gained at a larger firm.
