The firm should consider adding more resources to combatting sexism and racism in the workplace. Diversity has not been the firm's strong suit and it should put more energy into improving it.
You will always be busy working at this firm. There is enough work to keep you busy for months if not years. Your job is probably secure as long as you are a good worker.
A lot of lawyers are not comfortable with the iron-fist style of management that their bosses use. This firm is not always a comfortable place to work for minorities or women.
