The law office should reconsider offering wage increases in smaller increments in a shorter period of time to the hard working staff and employees. There should be a continuation of appreciation for the hard working employees at the law firm.

The law firm does a great job of offering several incentives to employees. The firm offers bonuses to its employees. The partners of the law firm recognize the hard work perform by the employees in their department.

The law firm does not offer a wage increase in a short period of time. The amount of work hours requires focus. The healthcare plan offered is at a high cost.

I would like to see work reviews take place more often and I would like to see more room for growth especially to those that work well after hours on their cases.

The pay at this firm is top notch and there is plenty of vacation time to go around. Everyone is in a great mood most of the time and the work environment is very lively.

Moving up the ladder can take quite a bit of time at this firm and the amount of growth that one can expect to achieve in any given amount of time is very limited.

The leadership team at this firm might benefit from stepping back to take a look at how the support staff view them.

This firm has a lot of talent in its blood, and it's a great place to gain experience if you are a new attorney fresh out of law school. The support staff is great, and the pay is where it needs to be.

Leadership does not always communicate well and is sometimes disrespectful to support staff. They seem to take a lot of things for granted and don't have much patience.
