What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
The firm would benefit from hiring a few more staff members. I feel like a few more staff members would really help the caseloads that come in. Also, the price is reasonable and it wouldn't be insane to raise the prices and charge more for the quality of work the firm does.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
At this firm, communication is crucial. The staff is always talking with clients and isvery responsive to calls and questions. If you can't get a hold of us, we will call you as soon as we can and it won't be that long after the initial call. The lawyers and staff are skilled, and we are always looking to further our knowledge of cases and laws.

What did you not like about this institution?
Sadly, the amount charged is low and that means we are always busy. There isn't a time when there isn't anything to do. It is sometimes overwhelming looking at the cases and trying to figure out who on the staff is better suited for what task.
