5.Current Employee, more than 3 yearsI love my colleagues to deathAnonymous in Wellesley, MARecommendProsThis is the only firm I could ever see myself working for because I cant imagine working with any other group of people. My colleagues are exceptionally intelligent and talented people in their own rights and I love them to death!ConsJust any time someone leaves.Advice to ManagementKeep hiring amazing people!
I'd like to see more staff members hired. I'd also like to see more opportunity's to move up and get promotions. It would not hurt for us to take on larger cases as well.
Everyone is very accommodating and are always willing to lend a hand when you need help even if it's a complicated problem. The pay and hours are excellent as well!
I feel as though we are somewhat understaffed and could use a few more helping hands around the office. I'd also like to see more promotions handed out.
Open up more senior positions for those that want to stay and share their passion and hard work with the company. That will be even better.
Working at this firm was a treat and propelled me in my career. I learned a lot while being here and it has made me better.
I had to end up leaving this firm as it ended up being that there was not a more senior position for me.
Advice: Take hold of your business before you run it into the ground.
It's hard to stay positive here
It's hard to stay upbeat and positive here when the pay is so low. I and others find themselves avoiding certain areas of the office in order to not have to run into one of the many rude attorneys that work here.
Thank you.
