Pros: SFNR boasts a diverse group of extremely talented attorneys in all practice areas, typically found in larger firms. This smaller firm of 25 or so attorneys rewards productivity, features a collaborative environment, no egos and no screamers. It's a great firm to grow a practice without the pressures of high billable hours. Much lower and flexible billing rates allow for easier client development and retention. Friendly atmosphere.
Cons: There are really no negatives here, but attorneys coming from larger firms may find the lack of "flash" to be different from what they're used to. Due to the lower billing rates and little billable hour pressure, some of the perks of larger firms are not available but are not missed.
Partners to Avoid and Why: All of the partners here are extremely approachable, with an open door policy. There are no partners to avoid.
