What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Not much to say as there is little room for improvement. Perhaps more communication between the attorneys as they seem to get compartmentalized and they have so much to offer to each other.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
It was with great sadness that I completed my assigned tasks at Nicholson & Eastin because it meant that I would be leaving three of the most impressive lawyers I have ever worked with. Robert Nicholson is a superb litigator, Parker Eastin has an amazing mind that weaves through the most complex healthcare compliance issues, and Erin Ferber is an amazing attorney and Certified Professional Coder that understands the complexity of so many healthcare issues.

What did you not like about this institution?
Having to come up with twenty words about the worst of the firm will be difficult as working with these lawyers was a wonderful experience. Perhaps the worst is the time required to do the job at the level expected as excellence is expected and all that will be accepted.
