You Should Not Dabble: To Succeed It’s All or Nothing

Disgusting man. Terrible ethics. Rude. Condescending. Broke.
Terrible person
David was the owner, he’s a smart guy but has no ethics he lives by . He’s the sleezy lawyer you hear about but don’t know personally.
David knows how to gain your trust, reel you in, make you comfortable like a wolf in sheep’s
David lost his way after he was charged with embezzlement. He had to chase a lifestyle and I saw this first hand. he would run up bills without giving you any idea in costs. $100,000 + not just a few bucks. He destroyed a business partnership for his own gain. In the end he was exposed but the damage was done. Hope he enters a 12 step program.
David Schulick, David Schulick . Con man with a law degree. A federal judge told offered him 2 books to help him write briefs. All he cares about is money and hours billed.
My most favorite thing about this business is that their no longer in business, his office manager Peggy got smart and quit.
Any law firm that would consider David as a partner or even as a member of the law firm clearly needs to be avoided.
There is nothing good to say. Any law firm that David might join should, by definition, be avoided at all costs. There is absolutely no integrity with David Shulick.
Since the law firm is out of business while David spends years in prison, warning to future 3rd party contractors: Get paid BEFORE doing work. He makes the first payment on time then racks up 1000,s in debt and he doesn't pay. We lost $10k on one job. His answer, Sue me if you want your money.
I would avoid any firm with any relationship with David. I would sooner trust a used car salesmen selling a car in a parking lot.
Absolutely nothing. Our business relationship / expericates back to 2008 through 2012. If we turned over our paperwork to prosecutors, David might go back to prison for more fraud. We just might!
I have no doubt when David gets out of prison from his felony convictions he will work to re-establish his license, if not in this state, some other state.
There is nothing good that can be said about this attorney. He has absolutely no integrity, he will lie if it will suit his purpose and he could not care less about his clients.
David will manipulate the legal system as needed to his advantage regardless of interest for his client. His only objective is to collect fees. He will file frivolous third-party lawsuits knowing the third party cannot afford to defend their position. He then offers to settle where he keeps everything and the third party walks away with 100% loss.
Needs to be avoided at all cost. There are plenty of excellent attorneys in Philadelphia that will provide excellent representation for their clients. David is just not one of them.
There is nothing favorite that can be said about his Law Firm. As a third-party contractor, I remember his personnel being told do not divulge his illegal activities. The staff could not believe he was so bold with his deceptions.
There is no advice to the firm management. David shulick does not take advice, he tells you what is best for him, not what is best for the client.
There are no good recommendations. Convicted of multple FELONY crimes. Self serving, dishonest to staff and clients. Nothing good about his firm.
Cannot be trusted to provide honest legal representation. Stay away. Regular practice of invoicing clients for unnecessary charges. He will tell a client anyting.
One of his favorite things to do is to file baseless claims and to use the legal system in any way to collect fees.
There is nothing to be considered a favorite. Nothing, nothing, nothing, nothing. Takes advantage of employees and could not care less.

This lawyer has been disbarred in multiple jurisdictions, and he is going to jail after being sentenced to 80 months in federal penitentiary for embezzlement and fraud.
