What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Principal should stop micromanaging and trust the employees. Offer better benefits. Spouses should not be so involved especially when they are not an employee or an actual attorney at the firm. Everyone is too polite and professional to let the Principal know that the spouse's involvement makes employees uncomfortable. Too much emphasis on how calls are handled. Missing a call is not the end of the world neither is missing a call from the spouse after they have called for the 200th time in one day.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Great team work, wonderful staff, personable office manager and top notch attorneys.

What did you not like about this institution?
Principal is very quirky, procrastinates, micromanages and involves spouse too much in the business.

How could this employer run its business to employees or the public better?
Amazing staff and associates.
