The jealousy and envy of people in Los Angeles. This Attorney is smarter that most: and definitely the one at the State Bar. So they have forced him to spend over 3 million dollars defending the stupidest issue: "which account did he deposit a check into?" After 11 investigations he was found to have done nothing wrong. Finally, an uneducated, incompetent, "Nigerian Cheif/State Bar Investigator" that is not an attorney (and does not have a college degree and cannot multiply) decided he should be disbarred. To that date this attorney had taken 10% of his firm's profits. 40% he donated to charity. The rest he re-invested into the practice. Now, a bureaucrat on a power trip--but no degree except the one given to him in Nigeria--has decided he has... well he can't say. Any competent investigator could find out the complaints are false in 5 minutes. I learned this while I was interning at the office... how to investigate. Somehow this guy is ruining a perfectly good attorney: a rare one with integrity and ethics. Why? Because he is a Nigerian Supremacist that cannot multiply; hasn't gone to college; isn't an attorney; and is going through bankruptcy. Does this seem like the kind of guy that should be judging another?
