Get your shit together.

Terrible toxic poor head management. Poorly treated if not an attorney then you’re basically not treated fair or acknowledged as a person. Terrible place to work!

The new manager has an ego the size of Manhattan and just awful. No Christmas bonuses unless you’re an attorney.. again we are lower than them and they will make you feel that way.

The quiet nice ones.

They buy you lunch once in a while. I’d prefer the money but hey. At least it’s something.

Despite my hopes for a positive outcome, I must leave a negative review for this Wilson Elser as I cannot in good faith recommend their services based on my experience and the experiences of others.

You can't buck New York headquarters unless you're Pat Kelly. Bring Pat Kelly back as managing partner. Too political and oppressive.

Interesting work for the most part, nice offices, felt proud to work there, not much else to recommend it (20 words).

Terrible management. It was fun when Pat Kelly was managing partner. For the last four years, it has been poorly run. No raise for several years.

Better to list the partners who I enjoyed working with -- Herb Kunowski, Michael Douglass, Pat Kelly, Steve Joffe, Marty Deniston, and others

Conveniently located, freedom to decorate your office the way you want, nice amenities, good parking structure, close to a lot of happening restaurants, bars, lounges, etc.

Be prepared to brush up on your bird law, because you will be dealing with it on a daily basis here.

Wilson Elser Moskowitz Edelman & Dicker LLP is not your average starter firm. This is a finisher firm, a firm fit only for five star lawyers.

They mostly deal with bird law, although they have been known to handle some divorce cases. Some troublesome clients are not turned away.

Figure out how to manage a law firm. High turnover is a sign of bad management. People are always coming and going because people are doomed to fail.

Some High-Level work, and some decent attorneys. good litigation experience. This is a litigation firm, not a full service firm as they say.

High Billables hours, no pay, and lots of games. High turnover. Desperate, angry people. Support staff is not qualified. I can't recommend the firm.

The stress level because of the case load was sometimes very challenging but I was able to learn to balance my work load and rarely had a case go out of compliance. My overall experience was excellent and I count it a privilege to have worked for this Law Firm.

Great Firm that cares about their employees and stands by their core values. Base Salary and Bonus Structure are competitive. The work is fascinating and challenging. People here are generally down-to-earth and respectful of others.

Management is really top-down and opaque and getting a raise is nearly impossible. Expectation of being available at all times by the senior attorneys is unrealistic. No respect for personal life or vacation.
