Provide subordinates with resources that can help them network with other firms and opportunities. It could help with the idea that those who work with the firm will at least have an outlet to branch out.
The superiors at the firm are all great. They really help associates who are just getting into the law profession with a lot of resources and anything else that they need. The pay is decent and the work place is really easy to work with.
There doesn't seem to be much room for moving up within the firm though. The firm itself isn't as large as others, which explains why it isn't the ideal place for lawyers who are interested in eventually getting promoted within the firm.
