In 1997, the firm was renamed Jiangsu Tongren Law Office, and in 2000, it transformed into a partnership law firm, concurrently adopting the name C&T Partners. Today, Mr. Wang Fan, the former Deputy Director of All China Lawyers Association and the present Director of Jiangsu Lawyers Association, leads the firm as its director.
