What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
It is a very busy practice and sometimes it is hard to keep up. Sometimes I think the office needed additional support staff.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The Ault Firm is a really good place to work as an assistant. The attorneys are all really good, and they are willing to train you which a lot of lawyers won't. I learned a great deal when I was working there and there are always opportunities for growth. The atmosphere is very positive and the firm's owner and main attorney Chris does a good job at keeping morale high. Very good position and I was sad an out-of-state move took our family elsewhere.

What did you not like about this institution?
The pay and benefits are not as high as some of the bigger law firms but for me the improved quality of life made it worth it.

How could this employer run its business to employees or the public better?
Weekly lunches. It is a working lunch but they are always a lot of fun and it helps comradery a ton.
