Beefing up the total compensation offered to associates is probably the thing that needs the most attention, especially the annual salary. There needs to be more transparency in regards to how bonuses are calculated, as well.

The associates and support staff are generally very nice and easy to get along with. The office environment is also pretty good, and the firm keeps pace with technological advancement.

Both the salary and the benefits could really use some work. The bonus structure is also rather weak and the health insurance is expensive.
