Advice to law firm management: A system to help quicken the pace for future employees to advance might lead to better people to start with.
Pros: I have worked here since graduating and it has been a wonderful ride within the place. Advancement through and through.
Cons: Pay is slow to measure up with performance no matter how well performed you are, while its great now, it took a while to be recognized.
