						<p class="small">I think the best advice I can give to management is to seriously give us some breathing room and some freedom because I felt smothered while working at the firm.</p>

						<p class="small">Plenty of resources to go around and lots of work for everyone who wants it for the associates like I was.  The pay is fair, I was also never bored at this firm I was always able to stay busy.</p>

						<p class="small"> Shareholders had a lot of say and an eye on everyone it felt like I was always being supervised by someone, which made me feel very insecure.  I do think this is a problem because it slows down work.</p>
