Advice to law firm management: Just hire a few more people for the times when we have multiple trials in the same month and everyone is running around like chickens with their heads cut off.
Pros: This really is a great group of people doing everything they can to get their clients what they deserve. I think my co-workers really cared about me when I was there and I'm still friendly with people at Miller & Zois.
Cons: Sometimes the ebb and flow of the work, it is sometimes just too much and we don't have enough people to do the job without having to kill ourselves.
Partners to Avoid and Why: None. A few are quirky but these are all good people.
