The firm should either create more opportunities for associates who want to get promoted or at least network with other firms for those who want to transfer for better opportunities.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The pay and benefits are decent here. There are also good incentives and benefits for employees, as well as good amenities for associates.
What did you not like about this institution?
There is no room for promotions at the work place here. It doesn't seem like the place for associates who want to move up with their firm.
