Advice to law firm management:
Keep doing what you're doing! It's working. My only advice is to add additional file clerks. There are a lot of paralegals and legal assistants to provide support but we could use more file clerks to complete more mundane tasks.
Pros:
Keis George works auto and property subrogation files anywhere in the US. They also work workers' comp in Illinois and Indiana. I use Keis George for property. They continously exceed my expectations and quickly resolve files with minimal overhead.
Cons:
We share most information through their secure reporting program called Keis George Reports. Still, I'm an old-timer and it would be easier for this old dog if they had an office in Indianapolis Indiana. Maybe Plainfield.

Advice to law firm management:
Creating a positive culture everyone can be proud of is a balancing act. The firm and employees must collectively and independently make good business decisions everyday. We have a great culture and we work hard at it. Don't stop what you're doing!
Pros:
We are given autonomy to execute our job duties as we see fit without any micromanagement. So long as you complete your work in a timely and efficient manner, you have freedom and respect to design a plan that (best) meets your department and firm goals.
Cons:
Nothing comes to mind. Maybe bring in donuts every Monday? How about a bring your dog to work day? That would be awesome!
Partners to Avoid and Why:
Bill Keis and Warren George are genuinely good men. They apply their practicality to the business and give managers, supervisors, staff, and senior attorneys the resources to thrive. It's really up to you how well you do.
Favorite Things About this Firm:
All of our offices are located in thriving cities with a beautiful, downtown view. Cleveland is booming, Chicago is gorgeous, and Columbus is a work of art. I love the cities we call home.

Advice to law firm management:
Allow certain managers to have more oversight over their staff and work.
Pros:
The work is good and easy you just get a lot of it and that can be hard at times. We're growing and getting better and it's fun to be a part of it and experience it.
Cons:
It's not the most glamorous place to work but the work you do helps other companies, the insurance industry, and the economy. It actually means something and I like that.
