They should have a bit more training and some kind of manuals to help the new employees. It was pretty much sink or swim once you're in the door with not much help. Some of the management needs to help others out in the workplace to create a more efficient work environment. I feel they should have an advancement period and reward the good employees.

Perfect and present day office. Comfortable and open air areas for the worker work stations. The compensation is great and very competitive. Most individuals from the support staff are neighborly, equipped and supportive throughout your tenure during the work hours.

The administration has a tendency to ineffectively stress and they can be uncommunicative with help staff. They also can be brisk to verbally censure on the work floor. Supplies expected to perform obligations are not plentiful. No instructional pamphlets are given out to new employees to maneuver through the routine as a new employee.
