Start looking ahead and create policies for the firm we want to be in a few years. Update or move to a new office.

Pros:
The firm has been growing rapidly and they've been pushing hard to build a world-class organization. There's a lot of potential for movement here. Great people around every corner

Cons:
Although the firm is growing, sometimes it's still stuck in its small-time past. The offices are beginning to get cramped from too many people. Some policies aren't tailored to the amount of work we're doing.

The management at this firm is awesome for being such a big firm! I do not have any recommendations.

Pros:
This is a great firm to work for! Great benefits, wonderful people, and you are always busy which is a great thing always! I would definitely recommend applying.

Cons:
I honestly cannot say anything bad about this firm thus far. The only downside is that you can expect to work alot, but thats not always such a bad thing.

Advice to law firm management:
Get into the fast food industry, lazy unskilled useless people belong there

Pros:
Will your case earn them millions of dollars? Then sure, they’re your beet pals. If not, they like to take your case then go nowhere with it. Little to no communication (unless you complain and threaten to fire them, then for the next day or two they’re very communicative. I had to contact them every few months for an update, and each time the update was “oh, no we haven’t put forth any effort and aren’t planning to”. I finally fired this poor excuse for a law firm. Adam Clark and Jessica Eibach are who managed my case, both did literally nothing and actually cost me a settlement due to their laziness. I warn ANYONE considering using Morgan and Morgan law, look else for legal help. I will NEVER use this useless “team” of knuckleheads again

Advice to law firm management:
Hire transcribers and intake persons with experience and communication (listening ) skills. Offer a follow-up reason as to why a case is denied or at least make the intake process shorter.

Cons:
Would give this a zero if I could. Waisted time on a call over 20 minutes of answering questions on behalf of a Veteran. The transcriber had serious language barriers. All of this just to be denied without a reason. Unacceptable! Highly recommend vetting sources and contacting an attorney's office directly.

Worse law firm you could ever hire. They will promise you the world and deliver nothing but lies. That sales pitch about how I will fight for you and give you medical care and so on. LIES. I was in a major car accident with catastrophic injuries as they stated they convinced me to change from my current lawyer to them cause morgan morgan is so much better . LIES LIES LIES . THEY DENIED M me medical treatment that they promised I would get. Not one doctor appointment they made just excuses after excuses . 1 year has passed buy my health from the accident gets worse and worse and not 1 single doctor appointment was ever made not 1. So if u you want be lied to and taken advantage of and feel like you worthless and alow tou body to be destroyed and in pain 24/7 do to know medical help. Then there for you. Daniel Kim is the worse attorney that exists lots of lies . Lots of false hopes and promises. Stay far far away.
