Cons: There isn't much room to improve yourself after you are here for a while and you might feel like you will stay the same forever.

"Best place to work! It's amazing how many people have been there for over 25 years,"   - Anonymous      Write an Anonymous Review

Advice to law firm management: I don't really see any problem. All good folks. I would like to see some more seminars in house. I would like to meet more people fro other offices.

Pros: The partners throw you right into the fire. You handle great cases and you learn very quickly. High stress but you really feel like a lawyer. They also pay you good money for bringing in business.

Cons: You cant slack here. Everyone works hard. But its a fun atmosphere. Some times you work on the weekends depending on what case may go to trial.
