Keep doing what you're doing for customers but allow your workers room for promotions and to try a case or help if they're interested. Other than that just work hard and strive to improve.
This law firm is a pretty good one for the customers. It is hard working and caring and produces results as you would expect. What it excels at though is being a place for the young attorney looking to find work. This place isn't overwhelming work wise. You will have responsibility, your voice will be heard and you can plan strategies. It can be an exciting place to work for a young worker.
I don't think there's much as far as cons go for the customers but for employees a few exist. First off is your promotion options are extremely limited. Also, your opportunity to simply try cases is small as well but that's due to some of the above information.
