Ideally, management would start to hold casual get togethers that would allow the front desk staff and the associates to get a chance to really get to know each other which would help improve work relationships.
This firm is somewhat high level and really expects the most out of you. The excellent pay and benefits reflects this prerequisite for working at this firm. This firm is very easy to get to using nothing but public transportation as well.
There are a few staff members that I personally dealt with that were neither friendly nor helpful. The front desk staff to associate relationship could use some improvement as well.
