The work environment here is great. The people here are friendly and helpful when need be. On Fridays we were treated to a free lunch and there were even firm sponsored events throughout the event.
It could get a little busy at times and some of the partners would be overwhelmed with work and isolated from the rest of us. Nothing that a normal firm didn't experience.
