Fix management's problems and raise the salary and benefits.

The firm practices a variety of areas. This is North Carolina's longest firm and has a lot of experience. The workers are friendly and knowledgeable. They want you to succeed.

Management is incompetent. The compensation should be better.

A Remarkable Firm

Keep in touch with your colleagues for any help that you might need as getting in contact with the staff is difficult. Be prepared to work alone and stay informed of all that is expected of you.

The experience to be had here is remarkable. You are among some of the best attorneys here and a great team. The team challenge you to step out of your boundaries and expand your horizons as an attorney. You are constantly pushed to greater heights and it was an amazing experience. The firm itself also goes out of their way to treasure you as an employee with competitive salaries and great benefits.

Communication is blurred between new employees and the staff at times. The confusing aspects of working here are sometimes drowned out because of this making it difficult to get the answers you need.

Solid Pay And Benefits

I hope that a formal program is put into place to allow associates and support staff to advance within the firm and grow their careers.

Both the pay and benefits package offered here are above average. There are also some perks that make working here something to consider.

The leadership team is not very accessible to new associates and it seems rather hard to advance within the firm, from what I've seen.
