To management, learn how to treat people and apply the Golden Rule. I understand it's a business and should make money, but there's no call for some of the treatment workers receive here. To other lawyers, learn everything you can and move on from this place.
You can gain experience in several different areas of the law here. You can learn a lot from the older attorneys who are quite skilled in their different areas of the law.
The firm just does not treat their people with any sort of respect or dignity. You are nothing but a way for them to make money and that's it. There is a terrible work atmosphere at this firm.
Provide your workers with better benefits. Train management to run things better. Raise staff morale.
The location is great and parking is free. There is an opportunity for growth. The pay is decent.
The benefits are poor. Management does not run things well. Staff morale is low.
There is division between the floors. Management should work on bringing everyone together. There are monthly breakfasts and occasional lunches. But there needs to be more effort at bridging the divide between the floors.
There are some very good shareholders to work for, good benefits, good environment. Staff is well paid and is treated well by most of the shareholders.
There is turnover with a couple of the shareholders who are not as nice to work for. It would be nice if management had more control of the staff on the Eleventh Floor.
Thank you.
