Why You Should Work Weekends and Holidays

Being able to take some time off would benefit the staff and the firm. Being able to have something to look forward to, especially after working very hard on cases, brings morale back. If possible, maybe hire a rotating worker that works part time but fills in for vacationing workers or people who need time off.
A factor in staying here is the people. Everyone that works for this firm is passionate about the law and working for the law. The attorneys will all go out of their way to help you understand a case and why some parts of the law will work and others won't. It is more than just a job to everyone here; this is a passion for law that keeps everyone moving. The staffers are all knowledgeable and often can answer any law question over the phone for people and explain it in a way that the average person can understand.
There is a high rate of stress and turnover in some areas of the firm. The stress comes from the workload, and maybe a little bit of staff caring so much about the cases they work on. Vacations are almost impossible to take. When you schedule one, it can sometimes be possible to have it taken away due to an important case that pops up randomly that you are needed to work on.
Thank you.
