I think that the managers and higher ups at this firm need to show more gratitude to their workers. There also needs to be better management.
I worked at this firm for approximately 1 year and made a few friends here. There are some attorneys that will go above and beyond to assist you at this firm.
This firm really places their clients above their employees. There were a few incidents in which I witnessed an attorney being scolded because of a miscommunication between one of the workers and a client.
