Treat the new employees better. I'm sure plenty of them just walk away due to thinking they don't fit in or it's just a bad place to work which isn't true in my opinion. More effort on the newbies.
The bosses make you feel at home once you've settled in and you feel like family. Once you proved yourself it's almost as if you finally get to see what the people are like, which are hardworking and ethical individuals that have big hearts.
Probably the worst part of the firm had to be the initial trial period if you will ; those first two weeks you are looked at as almost a ghost in a way. The other veteran employees don't bother wasting time on you and the bosses put minimal effort into you, but if you prove yourself this changes.
Thank you.
