You allowed this continue even once brought to Your attention. 50k to write one letter and never file a piece of paperwork. I beg others to not use this firm and save your money and avoid the headache of dealing with the in competent practices.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
They are incompetent in mineral their rights knowledge, yet they bill extensively as they learn on the job. Their follow through is non-existence but their ability to procrastinate in order to continue to bill is masterful. They charged my family almost 50k to simply write a letter and in the end accomplished nothing. When it was all said and done they didn’t even have the knowledge to properly convey a piece of property. Scott should be disbarred and Ryan should not work for this company as her habits are unethical in nature to maintain her position.
