I would like to see management go ahead and hire a bunch of new up and coming attorney's so that this firm can take on more diverse cases that can push it in the right direction.
The starting pay is truly exceptional. I also found everyone to be very friendly and the work environment is very casual and pleasant to work in. The front desk staff is exceptional as well.
The work load can get quite high at times due to the firm being pretty small. I also thought that the work was pretty boring since the firm tends to stay away from taking on anything outside of its expertise.
