See reviews for Leahy, Eisenberg & Fraenkel, LTD. from attorneys and other legal professionals below.
A great place to work with interesting and varied cases. Good support from the partners who really care about the quality of the work and result. I had to leave as my husband was relocated or I would have still been employed by LEF.

Emphasis on top notch legal services and a collaborative work environment.
Great support from the partners - good mix of independence and supervision.
Great collegial atmosphere with opportunities for advancement to partnership. Interesting cases and a collaborative to the work.
Partners are supportive both personally and professionally and are always available to discuss / strategize on the case work. Good and balanced client base.
When working remotely or appearing at court down state, an improved system for communicating with office staff. Current system is fine, but there are occasional avoidable delays.
Laid back partners who are very supportive. Partners are flexible with workload as long as the work is done properly.
Limited office space with regard to common filing areas. Glad firm is expanding in the near future in terms of both space and new attorneys.
I have not encountered a "partner to avoid." Learning how to work with different management styles is part of law firm life and is a necessary skill for any firm.
Firm gatherings at the end of each month to celebrate birthdays and individual accomplishments. Partners available to discuss files and questions with associates.
Bring benefits up to a reasonable level. Streamline the office, so everything gets done and people don't have to come in on Saturday and Sunday.
The firm offers better pay than local competition. Co-workers are mostly congenial and helpful. Management is supportive of individualism.
Benefits are lacking. Working weekends is more the rule than the exception. Not much in the way of training offered.
Thank you.
