Encourage the younger lawyers to work together in teams under the more experienced ones. They would probably learn more and feel less lost in that way.
Morris, Nichols, Arsht & Tunnell are a very reputable company to work for. They know what they are doing and can give all the knowledge and experience a young attorney needs to be successful.
The company employs many people. It's sometimes easy to get lost in the shuffle, or at least feel that way. Unless you fight for it, you may not be as successful as some of the others there.

Morris Nichols has achieved a significant national presence, while retaining its character as a Delaware firm: collegial, dedicated to its community and bar, and eminently qualified to serve clients in local, national, and global markets. Morris Nichols is a TerraLex member firm. This worldwide network of quality law firms aims to serve their clients’ legal needs and business interests through high professional standards. Our commitment to the highest quality of service requires equally high levels of commitment and talent from our greatest resource: our people. Attorneys and staff cultivate and enjoy the greatest respect for each other. These relationships sustain us day after day and during times of peak effort and inspire us to continue to grow and develop as individuals, as colleagues and as coworkers. When Morris Nichols clients require direct access to the Delaware Division of Corporations’ system we introduce them to Delaware Corporation Organizers (“DCO”). DCO is a subsidiary of the firm and provides clients with valuable search, retrieval and filing services.
