I'd like to see a few experienced senior level attorneys hired, as the small talk has got to go if this law firm wants to continue to see long term success.

I have no complaints in terms of how well everyone gets along with each other. Everyone is very friendly and the front staff is always there for you if you need something at your beckon call.

I worked at this firm for a few months and found that it was just too slow paced for me. Everyone seems to be too busy bantering and talking about their life outside of work, which was not very conducive to getting work done.
