Advice to law firm management: This is a great place to work but make sure that you don't pit any of the support staff against each other and try to foster communication with those you work with.

Pros: This firm is large and has a great workforce of support for the partners. This makes working here easy because you will have a great support staff to work with.

Cons: There can be some interoffice arguing with some of the staff because of the competitiveness of the firm. The support staff can be a bit hard on each other.
