I do not have any advice to offer the firm management. I am welcome to speak to management at any time with my concerns and do so when necessary.
The management is fair, generous and always ready and willing to help however they can. It has always seemed like more of a family than a workplace. I enjoy coming to work, which is more than I can say about anywhere else I've ever worked. They offer a very competitive benefit package to the employees and a bonus structure for the attorneys.
The pay scale is fair but may be lower than what else is out there. For me, this is outweighed by all of the other benefits this office has to offer.
I would not avoid any of our partners. Each and every one of them have something to offer the associates in the firm.
The relationships I have with all of the people who work here are some of my favorite things. It truly is a wonderful place to work.
