I worked for this firm for many years with pleasure. The owner was very hard working and dedicated to her clients. She was very generous with the staff and always accommodating when time off was needed or when a schedule change was needed. The owner has also allowed people to work from home when their kids were sick which is very generous. The owner is sensitive to her employees feelings and needs.
Open an hour longer than most places.
All of the attorneys do a great job and work very hard for their clients.

The only thing this firm needs to do to improve is to get rid of the owner.
Employees of the firm are wonderful people who are helpful and all work together and are always willing to assist you with questions. They are ethical and do the best for their clients.
The owner of the firm is unprofessional. She curses at employees in front of other employees, employs snitches and thinks everyone steals so won't keep essentials like toilet paper stocked. We were out of toilet paper for 4 days. She cares only about money and once she gets a client's money doesn't want to be bothered with them again. Shes gone through dozens of employees and is paranoid whenever an employee resigns. She talks down to people and is arrogant. Brings her personal problems into the office and takes it out on everyone around her.
Only one to avoid is Karen Ann Ulmer for reasons stated above.
The other employees with the exception of Tanya Close.
