No resources, things are done very fast with little to no attention to details. High turnover. Office administrator is strange and environment is extremely contentious. Benefits are as low as they can be to still claim they offer.

You'll have to work hard at first to learn the ropes but it is worth it. They will take care of you if you stick it out.
