Advice to law firm management: You'll have to work hard at first to learn the ropes but it is worth it. They will take care of you if you stick it out.
Pros: This is a great place to get your feet wet and start learning with hands-on work. You'll learn a lot here.
Cons: Things can get overwhelming at times and sometimes you'll just have to rely on yourself to get the work done.

Pros: The firm is entrepreneurial and resourceful. Hours are flexible and the atmosphere is innovative.

Advice to law firm management: Keep up the great work, continue to value those who contribute to the firm's success, and watch costs as much as revenue
Pros: Gives you the flexibility to take control of and grow your practice while providing all the support you will need to do so
Cons: Only thing is working on a large firm there is the potential for client conflicts, but they an usually worked around with firm support
