Keep up the great work, continue to value those who contribute to the firm's success, and watch costs as much as revenue

Gives you the flexibility to take control of and grow your practice while providing all the support you will need to do so
What did you not like about this institution?
Only thing is working on a large firm there is the potential for client conflicts, but they an usually worked around with firm support

You'll have to work hard at first to learn the ropes but it is worth it. They will take care of you if you stick it out.

This is a great place to get your feet wet and start learning with hands-on work. You'll learn a lot here.

Things can get overwhelming at times and sometimes you'll just have to rely on yourself to get the work done.

Stop lying to employees, stop holding staff accountable for your inadequacies and failures.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Paycheck

No resources, things are done very fast with little to no attention to details. High turnover. Office administrator is strange and environment is extremely contentious. Benefits are as low as they can be to still claim they offer.

All. Abusive and take out frustrations of personal and professional failures onto staff. Many coming from firms that asked them to leave for same.
