I'd like to see management step in and have a set group of people work on a set group of cases. It can be overwhelming having to work with one person on one case another day and have that person work on another case the following day.

I enjoy working on the cases here, as they are always interesting and most are complex in nature as well. Everyone is always willing to help me when I need help.

I would like to see better management. Some of my fellow workers have a tendency to jump around from case to case too much, which can make things even more complicated!
