Glassdoor Review 5.0 ★★★★★ Former Employee Hard work, but great place Associate Recommend CEO Approval Business Outlook Pros Great people and top pay. Cons You can expect lots of work.
The law office really should look into appreciating their employees more for the work they do. Also, the firm should continue to offer incentives to employees.
The law firm does a great job of offering incentives to employees like a good vacation and various health care plans. Partners at the firm do a great job of offering their knowledge by being open to easily work with them.
The management team at the law firm lacks in understanding the work which staff and employees perform. Staff and employees are sometimes replaced by contractors out of the law firm.
I would like to see the senior attorneys take more risk and diversify. They should take on larger more interesting cases. I would also like to see them take on fewer cases as a whole while diversifying.
The great attorneys at this firm taught me a lot as an intern. The work environment is fast paced with a lot of large cases and you will be forced to learn quickly, which I find to be a good thing.
The senior attorneys seem stuck in their ways, and thus, don't expect much change from this firm if you start to work here. The work environment can be too fast paced at times.
The leadership team is doing a great job staying accessible to even the new associates at the firm. It's nice to see an open door policy that actually works.
This is a great place for those looking to advance their careers. I've found the leadership team to be incredibly accessible and approachable, which is a breath of fresh air. Even new associates are given exposure to large, high-profile cases at a level that I haven't seen in corporate finance firms before.
This is a very specialized firm, so those looking to be exposed to a wide variety of clients and cases probably won't be too happy here. Compensation for new associates could probably stand some adjustment, as well.
Thank you.
