Advice to law firm management:
There needs to be a clearer path for advancement. Seeking advancement shouldn't be a part of the workload and should come naturally to those who excel. This will help out with employee motivation and lead to less turnover.
Pros:
A highly competent firm that is professional and is clear in its dreams. Working here was a delight. The team here is something else. They are friendly, professional, and a hard working bunch of people who are looking out for your best interests. The workload is passed around so you never feel overwhelmed. Upper management is professional and clear in their vision of a successful firm. Office spaces are also very accommodating.
Cons:
The management team here is extraordinary, but seeking advancement is unclear and exhausting at times. It's unclear how employees advance here within their careers, which leads to a higher turnover rate.
