What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
The biggest advice I have for management is we need to grow not quickly but some and at a steady pace over time, it's the only way we will get respectable clients and prove to others that we are a capable firm.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Management has taken the time to make sure that I am happy and comfortable with the work I'm doing.They worked with me to grow and have answered all questions happily and with haste.The pay is fantastic and the work environment is enjoyable.Management pays for our lunch twice a week and takes us out for drinks at random times during the month.

What did you not like about this institution?
It's a small firm so we don't get many big cases.Work after a while is below what most of us are capable of doing.I want to grow further but I feel like I have peaked at this firm at least at this moment.
