Fix the culture at the top so that it doesn't affect the wonderful diversity and culture that is happening with the younger lawyers and staff.

What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
Working here assures you of working with some of the top lawyers in America. We have taken on many nationally known clients and cases, especially in the corporate law area. It's a medium sized firm, but big enough that the workload is plentiful. The culture is very diverse and welcoming.
