What would you, or others, like to see changed at employer?
Keep the quality but lessen the exhausting hours within each grouping. There is some high pressure from upper management.
What were the things that you liked most about this employer?
The firm is great as far as pay goes and I love the synergy and workforce there. The daily routine is great.
What did you not like about this institution?
Employees are worked to death, and while this can bring results it can be a negative for future hires.
