Advice to law firm management: Improving communication would be the biggest thing that needs work. Let your associates know what is going on within the firm so that we can do our jobs correctly.
Pros: The work/life balance here is very good and the office environment is conducive to getting things done. Support staff is well trained and everyone seems very willing to help out if needed.
Cons: Communication from management seems to have hit a brick wall. Nobody can ever quite decide what direction to take the firm in, and important information is always revealed at the very last minute.
